1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing services from Mega Vega Ventures ("Company"), the client ("Client") agrees to these legally binding terms.

2. Services Provided

Company offers:

- AI voice agents for lead capture & appointment booking

- Website & landing page design

- Web app development services

- Fractional C-suite services

- Marketing funnel creation

- Related digital marketing services

- Related AI services

3. Client Responsibilities

- Provide accurate business information (e.g., call scripts, branding assets).

- Grant necessary access to tools (Google Ads, CRM, etc.).

- Pay invoices on time (delays may pause services).

4. Fees & Payment

-Pricing:
Quotes are valid for 14 days. Custom plans require 50% deposit.

-Subscription Billing:

Recurring charges (monthly/annually) for services.

-Late Payments:

5% fee after 7 days; services paused after 15 days.

5. Refund Policy

- No refunds after deployment (custom-built).

- 50% refund if canceled before launch.

-Subscription Services:

Cancel anytime; no prorated refunds.

6. Intellectual Property

-Company Owns:

AI tools, templates, and proprietary tech.

-Client Owns:

Their business data.

7. AI & Data Usage

- Client grants Company permission to use their data to train AI models (anonymized).

- Company is not liable for AI errors (e.g., missed calls due to unclear audio).

8. Limitation of Liability

Company is not liable for:

- Lost profits due to service interruptions.

- Client’s failure to follow best practices (e.g., not answering booked calls).

9. Termination

-By Client:

30-day written notice for subscriptions.

-By Company:

Immediate termination for abuse/non-payment.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Kansas/USA law.
